Your Board has pleasure in informing you that at the Annual General Meeting due to be held on SATURDAY 7th MARCH 2020, it will make the following recommendations; that:
Mr Derek S Henderson be re-appointed Captain of the Club.
Mr Peter B Grant be appointed Vice Captain of the Club.
Mr A J Robertson & Mr C A L Scott retire from the Board by rotation.
Mr A G D Thornton and Mr A D W Watson be appointed Directors.
Any two Members of the Club may nominate a Member or Members to fill such vacancies having previously obtained the consent in writing of such Members. These nominations together with the written consent of the nominee or nominees must be sent in writing to the Secretary by 15th January 2020.
