Your Board has pleasure in informing you that at the Annual General Meeting due to be held on SATURDAY 6th MARCH 2021, it will make the following recommendations; that:
Mr P B Grant be appointed Captain of the Club.
Mr D S Henderson, Mr J King and Mr J D B Wood retire from the Board by rotation.
Mr L J Gardiner & Mr R W L Legget be appointed Directors.
Any two Members of the Club may nominate another Member or Members to fill such vacancies having previously obtained the consent in writing of such Members. These nominations together with the written consent of the nominee or nominees must be sent in writing to the Secretary by 15th January 2021.
