The new WHS (World Handicapping System) has been in place for four years and as a result of analysis of how it has been working over the period,a number of changes are being brought in to the system as used in GB & I from 1 April 2024. Course handicap Calculation This calculation takes player’s handicap index and converts it to a course handicap taking into account the difficulty of the course. OFFICE BEARERS and DIRECTORS 2024/25 Your Board has pleasure in informing you that at the Annual General Meeting due to be held on SATURDAY 2nd March 2024, it will make the following recommendations that: Mr D C (Colin) Scott be re-appointed Captain of the Club. Mr I R Bryson be appointed Vice Captain of the Club Mr R W L Legget and Mr L J Gardiner retire from the Board by rotation. Mr G J Humphries and Dr I Penman be appointed Directors.
